Our Philosophy
The small village of Mani Poliana (today Saint Nikon) was the birthplace of our family. There was our first contact with liodendra, the olive fruit, with blessed oil.
Today, respecting the family tradition, cultivating olive trees owned our Fichte Mycenae and Meligala Messinia with personal care and attention and applying modern knowledge to produce single variety olive oil mill stone.
Our aim is to highlight the particular characteristics of each variety in conjunction with the farming area (soil, topography, microclimate) and the traditional production method.
